A conversation with my landlord
Today I met with the landlord about signing the lease at the end of the summer. I know its a lot ways away, but I don't want to get to July and get caught with a deer in headlights expression on my face. The landlord explained briefly what would happen: R's name gets taken off the lease. I have a choice whether I want to add a new roommate's name to the lease or if I just want it to be me and then have the roommate pay me the rent each month.
