WHO PAYS WHOM WHAT AND WHY?
When I was in business I thought it my job to determine what I needed from an employee, make it clear what that was and what the pay was for that work. I never had a lot of turn over. I did not pay excessive salaries, after it was not my money usually it belonged to the bank, until someone paid me. But we don't need to go there.
