A LADY AND/OR A GENTLEMAN IS A RARE AND REFRESHING SIGHT TODAY

I loved it that Red States Man kept up with the voting this week in Alabama. It was a really exciting time. Any state effects all of them when it comes time to vote in congress. I have never seen so many out to vote in a primary. I am happy with the outcome with few exceptions. I am very concerned with our local and state candidates because there is where the corruption begins. We wound up having a large turnout and a number of run offs. TODAY BEGINS THE PATH TO NOVEMBER 2010

Today is voting day in Alabama. We will have a lot of changes. I have voted since I was first old enough. It is my duty as a citizen of this country. Today I will do that again. We have some excellent new faces on the local, state and national level. They will be strong contenders in November. I have a lot of work to do in general terms but today is the day I will vote all else goes on the back burner. Please vote in your area when the time comes up! DOES HE NOT GET IT OR DOES HE THINK IT WORKS, IT DOESN'T

As a child my mother was so strict about 'good manners'. Has common courtesy gone the way of real kindness? She would tell me about respect, that it was one of man's inalienable rights given us by God. We were created in His image just as others were and we were to behave in a manner that showed others respect.
