I can't help wondering about how things can be so cut and dried for some people and so lax for others. Such as Sanctuary Cities for example. If a law is on the books how can someone elect to not enforce it. Same goes for marriage. Last time I looked one cannot marry twice at the same time; however, the man in this story is getting off the hook on so many things I wonder at how some do this?
