Do you know the Preamble for your state? Be sure and read the message at the bottom! My dictionary says preamble is: introduction, preface, forward, prelude, overture or an opening. I am so happy to see that each of the 50 states of the United States gives God praise, gratitude and or control. If our attitude was the same we would not be facing our present decline.
