Mike Douglas

I just heard that former talk-show host Mike Douglas died, at age 81. The news report I just heard did not specify a cause of death. Wendy Wasserstein

I was surprised that I'd missed her death, as it occurred before I was hospitalized in February for bacterial meningitis. Wendy Wasserstein died at age 55 in January, at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, of complications from lymphoma. She was a famed playwright, most noted for her focus on...
