Good stress v, bad stress

Is there any such thing as good stress or bad stress? If you work sixty hours a week, and you have a spouse and a whole bunch of kids, and you love all of it, is that good stress? Maintaining the hard drive in my mind

Insomnia Insanity

Rambling

Today has been in the 90s. That in itself is not too bad, but the humidity has been 75%! Can you say tropical rain forest? Except we've had no rain. Every other day we get thunderstorm warnings.
