Charlie was so happy as he came over to tell me, he was all choked up: "We did it! We WON!" Fifteen teams gathered here in Tempe--several teams from California, several from Colorado, some locals, and one team from Virginia--competed for two days to decide the best, and Charlie's team the Marauders took the gold! Now we can go home, and in a couple of weeks when everyone has made it back and rested up, there will be a team party to celebrate! He went out with the team for food, and I'm here at...
