Sunday morning
After a good, solid night's rest, I woke to the dulcet and very specific tones of Violetta tossing her kibbles on the carpet, and now she is barking at the birds on the back porch. It's the ring-neck doves that show up every day now, on the back porch. I've been having trouble sleeping through the night, so last night I stayed up latish, and took a sleeping tab, dyphenhydramine, which is the main ingredient in cough suppressants, too.
