The cool, quiet downstairs room at the back of the house is looking for temporary tenancy. In a college community, this can be a good option to have available. And I don't want a permanent tenant: I love my personal space! But an occasional tenant will help keep the rent paid. I'm placing another ad, too, advertising my services as writing coach/editor.
