Recovery and Renewal
Yesterday Embers had surgery to remove most of her teeth, keeping only the canines which were still healthy. She came home last night and went straight under the bed, only came out to get onto the bed when I turned out the lights. She slept away almost the whole day, some in the sunshine, most on the bed. It is just as well she has no interest in eating since she won't eat soft food, and the kibble could compromise the sutures. She has an anti-inflammatory/pain medication, but as stoic as...
