Psalm 108:1--"My heart is steadfast, O God; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory." Indeed, David's heart was steadfast. That is, it was constant and unchanging. Psalm 106:43-45--"Many times He delivered them; But they rebelled in their counsel, And were brought low for their iniquity. Psalm 105:8--"He remembers His covenant forever, The word which He commanded, for a thousand generations." We as humans are cursed with sin, going back to Adam. Psalm 104:24--"O L ORD, how manifold are Your works! In wisdom You have made them all, The earth is full of Your possessions--" The above verse encapsulates well the whole 104th psalm.
