It's been the beginning of a crazy summer. I've already been to three birthday parties, two bachelors parties, four stag and doe's and this morning my son played in the Canada Day ball hockey tournament and won the whole thing so I am really proud of him he played great walking in circles around everyone and scoring a goal off his helmet. I finally found a job. It is not the greatest but it is hours and money. It's min. wage eight dollars an hour but it is something to keep the food in my kids tummies and me sane for now. I was this close to disconnecting the internet yesterday and cancel my time here. I glad they called and gave me the job over the phone because I didn't have any gas in the car to go in for an interview.Since than I've been working non-stop and I love it and in three months they will give me a raise and it will... I know I haven't been here in a while, sorry out job hunting still. Tonight it is getting very windy and the apartment we live in have these really tall old trees out by our window's that keep creaking as the wind blows them around. I am really worried because the winds are getting stronger overnight and my son's room is right there. Guess I won't be sleeping for another night. I took my kids over to the owners where my ex husband got our first puppy, Toby who passed away. I was in need of petting a dog and thought their little kennel would be the perfect lift of spirits for us all. And it was!!!! Toby's mother just had more puppies and will be ready June 25th to go home. I couldn't believe our luck and the weird thing was that my husband got a deal with the first dog because they are pure breed and very expensive. His deal was he would just pay the vet bill. it will be quiet around here in blog land. Tonight is quiet enough. Oh well I have a busy weekend I have a stag and doe to go too. This will be my first one ever (in the family) so I am wondering how it will be. LOL a lot of drunk family members their will probably be a fight or two. but I handed out a lot of resumes and my feet hurt. My dad said I'll be alright and that he would help any way he can. But I know he can't and he has already done enough for me and the kids. I just don't know what to do anymore, my hair is falling out from stress or not eating right probably a little of both, my kids are happy that I'm home with them and spending time with them while they hound me with questions about what happened to the dog. My boring week turned out to be the worst week of my life. I am so SICK of life right now. Wednesday at work we all got our two weeks notice slips telling us what we've been hearing but ignoring for two months that the daycare is closing due to the owners making no money and low enrollment for the third year in a row. Tonight I attended a wonderful man's visitations to say good bye he was too young I think. Sixty six years old had a massive heart attack while driving in his beloved tractor while spraying his fields. He somehow managed to drive the tractor while dying away from the highway that ran beside his field and crashed into a tree. Poor Guy I will miss his fun loving spirit. I was so impressed with him, this is his first year so I wasen't sure how he would do. But he didn't need any help he knew already, just bury the ball into the back of the net. Which net it didn't matter. Yes my son scored the only goal during the whole thirty minutes of play. IN THE WRONG NET! LOL he was so mad when the other team cheered because he thought he had scored not them. It was funny as his coach told him it was ok and to score down at the other net next time. This is insane, if you've followed my blog you would know that we have recently moved above my dad's store because my husband walked out on my two kids and I (oh yes don't forget his dog that he left behind too) just after christmas last year. He has not seen the kids since, other than two unannounced visits and another when we were not home and he emptied the place. I think I am going to get a tattoo! Yes Shelly today I was placing my order without even knowing it.Apparently I need something painful to take my mind off worrying all the time so when I was driving home tonight I seen this little shop open. Which was weird because it has been closed for well over a year since I've been driving anyways. So for some strange and out of character for me I decide to enter. My dad has been sick all weekend so he asked me if I could open up the store until he gets better which is really hard at my job to get a day off let alone possibly a week until my dad feels better. So I called my boss and she said no problem I laughed thinking I got the wrong number but no she assured me it was alright.
