Kbu - your chair and corner sound wonderful.
I'm glad your chair arrived and I hope it becomes more comfy as time goes on. Otherwise, get a different one!
Mr. G is so cute to hear about. What a funny guy he is.
You can touch you toes! Fabulous! Gosh, I wish I could do that! I hadn't heard of Duck Legs but Duck Feet - my daughter says she walked like that. Perhaps that was my issue as a child. I don't do that now though. In our cases it's hip, back and feet issues.

Pat I am always coming up with some old saying from my passed and I forget not everyone may understand. I have a Grandson 6ft 5" and I can put my arms around his waist for a cuddle although he bent down last time I saw him.

I never heard the phrase "duck legs" before. I come from a family of
folks they used to call high pockets - long legs. My sis was 5'9", her hubby 6'5" and their boys grew to be 7' tall, and 6'8". My little brother was 6'4" - they used to turn heads when they walked together on the street. Kinda sweet that Mr. G. just wants to be close to you.

I love this post! Mr. Graysome sounds awesome! He knows what he likes and he will do whatever he has to until he gets his way. Now that his chair is next to your chair he's very happy. As far as the news you are 100% right. I'd rather watch anything than the news. The worst part is they only tell us what they want us to know. I would prefer to hear the whole story. I hope that you and Mr. Graysome have a wonderful day.

It sounds as though the new chair is working out nicely.
Animals are resilient, Graysome will find comfort with the change eventually. As for Youtube, we watch music videos on the weekends, but right now we are caught up with, "The Crown." It is a series on Netfix that surrounds the Queen, her young life, marriage, and her duties as Queen. Being English, I find it fascinating.

I envy your toe touching ability.
I can do it if I give a really hard drop when bending over, but it hurts like hell to do so.
