Re: I see you're working on two different stories at one time. I wish I could
I work on one story in the morning hours and the second one in the late afternoon/evening. In between, I go out for a walk with the dogs or maybe watch something I've recorded on my Roku devices. As a medic and then an ER RN, you had to be moving in ten different directions at once. I treat my writing the same way - always doing something different.

We should always write to the personality of the character. If he is foul-mouthed then that is how his dialogue should be. Some post disclaimers. I always let my characters dictate the dialogue so that they are more realistic. So, no worries on my part. I always enjoy reading your stories.

I see you're working on two different stories at one time. I wish I could
do that, but it seems one train of thought is all I can keep track of at a given time. Sometimes not even that. Murder stories - the solving of the mystery - appeals to so many of us - even silver-haired grandmas... Profanity and obscenity are sometimes necessary for emphasis and/or character development. Not a fan of gore, but I know it's necessary. Write on, Big V!
