Artwork

Indeed your story is not coincidental, but pure and untouched.

Kabu, it reminds me of that verse in scripture....

"Give, and it shall be given unto you"..there's another that basically says you shall be given back a hundredfold...what an inspiring story!....

Kabu,

I believe it is Biblical.... what you give away; returns to you.  Not long ago I found a cell phone and found the owner of it and then the next week, I lost my billfold with drivers license, small amount of money and hotel key. All was returned from someone believing in that old truth...Do unto others as you would want them to do unto you!  So happy for your step-daughter's gain!

how very weird it almost sounds too good, hope the money is not counterfeit.  My SIL is a very good artist and believe it or not he does drawings in prison and sells them for money to get calling cards to call my daughter

Inspiring story! The more you give, the more you receive. Thanks for your visit--lovely to see you back!

Kabu

Amazing! If I had read this in Reader's Digest (actually, I never read R.D. other than in my dentist's waiting room, LOL) I would have said,"Oh come on..." But since it has really happened, I am really glad for your step daughter...

That is a great story. Artists may be starving, but they have artists' hearts.

Karma... or coincidence?

Great story, either way.

Seems a bit weird someone coming into a shop begging Kabu, perhaps he was the son of the business man searching for kind people any way it would make a good story,

Definitely Biblical,

"Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”
(Luke 6:38, NIV)

I think they call it karma Kabu, she gave all that she had and got just what she deserved...Pennies from heaven.
