Oh do have a lovely time Kabu . It was only a medical thingy as my neighbour told me she looks better with her clothes on, I thought join the club. I look better with an overcoat on.

I left this link on Northsage's post about alzheimers but I wanted to make sure you saw it. I'm going to try it for my choleserol. The story on TV stressed that you use only extra virgin coconut oil and make sure it ins't hydrogenated. We all need every bit of hope there is.
