Spring sounds beautiful there whether in poetry or prose.  Too bad those dratted mosquitos have to get in the mix.  Those dark nights are something else, but a good backdrop for all the lovely things.

Well, can't say it any better than what everyone else said before me!
Very poetic!  It made the BL's jaw drop...now I have to pick up the pieces LOL

You ARE a poet, Kabu. That was lyrical, and poetry doesn't have to rhyme, these days!

Well it was poetical and truthful Kabu You have the ability to dance in the moonlight, well never mind about there being no moon, I can see you out there of course you are only sixteen and slim and golden and that handsome hubby Wiley steering you around the pot plants. Of course you are poetical.

But you are ... as Spitfire pointed oit, what you wrote its a poem... because it comes from the heart and is music to the ears... and you were feeling like poets do the beauty of the world, its sounds and smells and textures... not seeing them or hearing them but feeling them and that is what Poetry is darling :-)  xoxoxo

Dear friend Kabu...

You have a heart warmer than a poet's,

Sense sharper than the brightest's,

Values purer than a priest's.

Poet or not,

The world you know how to light!

Sincerely,

Ash

You see. Not everyone does.

Oh my dear that was sheer poetry to my eyes and ears. I loved it, it was visual, emotional and telling me you are connecting with the whole of Nature.
