Fantastic post, Kabu. Needs courage to face those things, but the reward is closure!

YAY!  I used to make all of my own clothes, too, when I was in High School.  I loved wearing my own creations, but I can totally sympathize with you re: making errors and wanting to rip the thing apart!  Sounds like you are in a much calmer place now - and no need for stomping on anything!  Mal

Wish I had a window in which some light would shine inside enough

to do a little inside gardening.

Try not to let a bad past ruin your happy present.  Just remember where you are and what you have, and all will be well.

Kabu
What a magnificant post. I hope you have inspired me to pull out the sewing machine soon. Putting pains to rest is a very good thing. Sounds like a lovely day.

I haven't heard that name applied to anyone for quite some time, but it certainly does fit some people to a "T"......

Fantasy's a wonderful benefit to a person whose past keeps
popping up in spite of efforts to let it go. There's one story I wrote about my first ex that involved a wheelbarrow and a manure pit, and him up to his neck in oozy slime that still makes me smile and wish I had a photo...
