Many prayers and Light and Love Sent your way
It is so hard to give up our chemical dependency. Detox and menopause are so much fun. One thing that helped me was to not let fear find me. According to Barbara Brennan, love and fear cannot exist within the same moment. It many be second by second,minute by minute and then hour by hour. Ask your self: "Am I afraid at this very moment?" If your answer is no then you are in a moment of love, internalize and meditate on this feeling of love and breath, breath, breath. Visualize every cell in your body being filled with love and anything unlike love being drained from your body. Drain all the negative energy through imagined roots attached to your feet that go all the way to the center of the earth. Release this energy into the Sea of Love so it can be recycled as love for someone else. You have an energy connection that runs from the Universe(God) through the top of your head to the Sea of Love. So return love to your body by this connection and let it spread through out your body. You may have to do this several times a day.
It also helps to write goals of Graditude as if they have already happened. If you state goals in wanting and going to be to have then you are always in wanting. I agree before I even read the part about it being a defense
mechanism...Thanks for the smiles...I especially liked the part about the ski mask and the stoned kid..I could really picture it! LoL
