CHRISTIANITY IS TRAPPED IN A STATUE
The second Commandment, against graven images, applied here. I understand why the commandment (precept, more accurately). Christianity cannot get away from a certain "image" of God and Jesus and Christ and all that. Thus Christianity is trapped in this image -- it is as much an idol as any statue....
