Richard has been in and out of reality today and in and out of freezing up and not being able to move. We decided on a new color for the bathroom. The contractor showed up early this am after I called him at 7am. Richard had gone back to sleep and did not participate in deciding what we wanted done...

It has been a trying morning. Richard has decided he can no longer walk but refuses help. I'm supposed to be able to beam him where ever he wants to go. Beam me up Scotty! Yesterday he woke up feeling good and we went out and picked out a new floor for the bathroom. He doesn't like to make decisions...

As I told yesterday, the VA cut home caregiver hours for all veterans so they could balance their budget. We were cut to 2 hours a day for 5 days a week.
