This morning I woke and read for a while then went back to sleep. I later went for a power walk even though clouds blanketed the skies. It wasn't long into the walk that it started to drizzle. By the time I walked home, it was a half hour - better than none. Sign in to see full entry.

I didn't do any exercise after my walk. I stayed off my feet yesterday. Today I did a 40 minute walk followed by almost a full Zumba ( I skipped one song that was too hard on my ankles) and 30 minutes of abs. Ankles are still bothering me and I don't want to push it.
