Accept That We Have No Control and Disharmony and Struggle Disappear

Change. It’s impossible for some of us, aggravating for most of us, and welcome for a few of us. In Buddhism, change is a form of duhkha. Duhkha can be defined as disharmony. The word in Sanskrit means “wheel out of kilter”. If we are riding in a cart with a wheel out of kilter, then the ride is uncomfortable on occasion. But, it is also comfortable on occasion.
