Thanks. Though I don't see it as a pejorative term at all. For many, the disharmony that occurs as a result of change is exactly what they fear. Perception, as you say, is the key.

Sannhet, I like the analogy of a wheel on a cart
it's uncomfortable, it's bumpy, but it also, just "is".  The phrase "dukha" or disharmony to refer to change, seems pejorative, though, for an essentially neutral view of things. I can accept that I have no control over people, events or things, but I don't always accept that those 3 are neutral or an illusion.  There is good and bad, right and wrong in my worldview.  However, I agree that how we see the problem is often the problem itself.  Good post as always.
