Repairing the Broken Home
As I grew up, I witnesses a wide variety of dysfunction in my household: drug addiction and prostitution, brutal sibling rivalries, drug deals and items from shoplifting, child neglect, etc. My famly was poor...and many times unsupportive in learning needs and when in emotional distress. Some children that come from such a home turn to drugs, violence, and outside family support that may lead down destructive paths. I went down some of these roads myself.
