Stuck in the aftermath of a snowstorm for a week

It was January 1967 and we got stuck with about two feet of snow - an average of an inch an hour for nearly a full day straight. I had just turned ten maybe eight weeks before, and I was thrilled, of course. But Dad got stuck at work for I don't know how long (and I don't remember). Had to sleep... Sign in to see full entry.
