NEED TO DE-STRESS? I FOUND A GREAT WAY AND IT'S EASY

THE ASH IS FALLING ON MY BEACH THIS MORNING IN SOUTHERN CAL
Well the fire is still raging on my Califonria hillside and forest lands....how sad....It has burned over 40,000 acres...and do you know why? Two men using a grinding tool sparked and viola, a fire was born. Unreal. I feel sorry for them actually--how would you like to be responsible for this...

GOOD STRESS
Is all stress bad? Not really. If we didn't have any stress, we wouldn't get anything accomplished. A little pressure, a little stress motivates us to get it done. If it was too easy, we wouldn't get much done. Too much stress isn't good either though. I try to take short walks around my school, and...

I BOUGHT A TIBETAN BOWL...BUT I AM NOT BUDDHIST...
While browsing in downtown Pasadena, CA I discovered a coppery Tibetan bowl. I liked the way it looked--rustic, copper flecked, and earthy. When I tapped the side with a small wooden stick, the sound was amazing.... I have never heard such a pure sound. It made me happy. To read more about...
