'Big' tasks are taken up by 'big' personalities with their hand to the plough. Note, I said personalities not heads. There is actually a difference. It's always a good idea I think to keep a finger on a persons character pulse when deciding whether they'll have the heart and stamina to see a project through to the end. Those three C's again: character, competence and commitment. From time to time I'm surprised by just who makes it through to the end. That's why a sure thing is never quite a sure...
