A long nap and full day
Since I had a 3 hour nap I am staying up late. I had gotten up at 6:00, which is not my norm. When I was at the Athletic Club, I received a nice hooded sweat shirt for winning the free throw in basketball for my age group. It is still embarrassing to say I won by making 5 out of 25 baskets. I don't think there were any women over 50 that participated. I am still happy to have the sweatshirt! But, by the time I got home from exercising with my daughters, I was so tired.
