A lie

I have been getting notices from the library for a DVD that I was sure I hadn't borrowed. I talked to them about it, and it would cost me $30 if I couldn't find it. They would not even allow me to buy a good used copy off the internet to save $. After I got home, I looked everywhere for the DVD. I then called them to tell them once again that I was very sure that I did not rent it. As I was speaking, I saw it on my bookshelf, upsidedown, with the books instead of the DVD's. One month to live

The women's Bible study was really good. In an earlier blog I asked, "What would you do it you had 1 month to live"? Anyway our church is doing a Bible study on that subject. Today we watched a video by the people that thought of the idea. They interviewed a man that did only have 1-2 months to live and his thoughts. Some of the things I came away with are following: Why wait till you find out you only have 1 month to live to live that way- why not do it now? We know our birth date, but not our... About this Blog

I plan on writing about past and present life experiences and what I have learned from them. I also want to tell stories of things in my past, some humourus, some serious and some trivial. I have done some traveling and want to describe those places and people accurately, maybe in some cases changing names if I see it could embarrass someone. I will write out of my heart and hopefully give hope to some of my readers. I do not have all the answers, but have lived long enough to know there are many trials in life and obstacles. I want to examine life, it's simplicities and complexities and share my observation and at times opinions with others.
