Swimming
My daughter, Susannah and I went to the Athletic Club. We joined it in November, because we knew it would be a lot healthier for us to swim,... when the weather was cold. Greg says we can't keep our membership if we don't start going more. If we all go 1 time a week, it pays for itself. It helps me a lot, but I need to be more discipline. Anyway, my back feels much better. I did not want to go, but did. I swam 2 laps and did the hot tub w/ jets and then the sauna. I really admire people who can... Sign in to see full entry.
