Sleep dilemmas
Still no improvement on the sleep front. Adam has not recovered from the erratic sleeping of our mountain escape; he still wakes up at 5 am and expects me to join him in his crack of dawn activities. If it weren't for the cold medication he's on I wouldn't have had a single wink of sleep. I have reached the end of my tether, not only is Max not helping, he is actually taking sadistic pleasure in waking me up if I ever manage to doze off.
