Grief is the cure for depression........................................

In 1997 when I was divorced, someone gave me a book entitled I Don't Want to Talk About It, Male Depression. I thought it was a terrific thesis about how depression enters the family when father, grandfather, great grandfather first experienced his trauma and then passed it down from father to son...
