Funny old day. My friend George is stable in hospital, but this attack has nocked him back a bit. Hope to come out soon, but we have to find out what’s really wrong with him first. Sorry to hear about those poor miners. They are few pits left in this country, and none that are deep or dangerous. Open casting is the only coal industry here, and what with the cleaner coal burning machine, they might even make a come back.
