Move over Rover! So it looks like the Rover car firm has gone the way of all British manufacturing, and finally closed. There is a part of me that says: sure, let them face up to market forces, and the big bad world. But once out there, they could not last. If I was to make this computer in England, and ship it to the other side of the world, it would cost me 2 to 3 thousand pounds. You can import the same thing from China, and sell it for 200!
