Fear Wears Many Disguises
When fear shows up as anger or resentment.... that is a tough one. It is really very difficult to face your fears when they look like anger. But until we do this, anger and resentment will eat us alive. Once the underlying fear is faced, poof! Freedom! I consider myself a very healthy person and I owe much of my health to looking for the fear that underlies my anger whenever it shows up on my doorstep. This is true of even irritation.
