What am I Afraid of?
FDR reminded us that we really only need fear Fear Itself! I would submit that you can rise above the place where fear makes any sense at all. If you doubt this, I invite you to try this experiment: Repeat the word shalom or a'salaam over and over quietly for 7 minutes. Then sit quietly for a minute or two and check in with yourself.
