One way to tenderize meat: Use equal parts prepared tea (loose, tea bags or instant) and beef stock or broth as the liquid in POT ROAST. It's not good to get a sunburn, but if you do and it is too big to justify the use of cool wet tea bags: try putting a jar of instant tea in a tepid bath to sooth... Sign in to see full entry.
