Is discipline possible for all in all circumstances?

I believe in punctuality, but I have a friend, who is dependent at home on the vagaries of water availability to fill buckets of water and store them and come. Sometimes the water comes much later than usual and then she's late to work or for whatever appointment. I can say she is often unpunctual.... Sign in to see full entry.
