In a previous post ( last year ) I gave some advice as to what to do with a glut of tomatoes, which one usually has at this time of year. Put the tomatoes into boiling water for about two minutes, and the skins will peel of easily, then liquidise and freeze themThey do freeze well. We did 75 lbs of the damned things last year, and we’ve recently used the last of them!
