Cowardly Kerry
Did anyone notice how Kerry attempted to blame the president when the assault weapons ban died? Does Kerry not realize that it was the responsibility of Congress to allow or not allow it to die? Where was his voice in Congress to attempt to keep the ban? Kerry proves he is both ineffective in government and unaware of which branch has what responsibilities.
