A new workout concept for those who are time-poor . . .

I have never seen or experienced this, but one is opening in our area soon: The Four Minute Gym Their claim is that a 4-minute workout will do you more good than a full 20+ minutes, if done right, and with their specialized equipment. Sounds interesting, but fishy to me. Sign in to see full entry.
