Portsmouth Sheriff in trouble . . . .
Portsmouth, Virginia's Sheriff is in political, if not legal, trouble. It seems he was stopped for speeding (57 in a 35 zone) early one December morning. He was not on duty, and the officer stopping hi smelled alcohol on the sheriff's breath. The Sheriff refused to take any sobriety tapes, although the police cruiser video indicated the Sheriff had trouble walking and keeping his balance.
