A Supreme Decision; A Supreme Battle . . .
And an unecessary battle at that. One of the prerogatives of a President is to appoint Supreme Court Justices. The Senate must, of course, consent, but that consent should be based on the appointee's credentials and capabilities, not on the appointees personal ideals. This is a nation of differeing ideals. Both parties are guilty of partisanship in an area that is undeserving of partisanship,m the selection of Supreme Court Justices. In my popinion, it is about time to appoint a LIbertarian or...
