Bills...I cant't figure em out!
I really don't mind bills. I want to pay what I owe. What I don't like is getting a charges a customer fee and an access fee and a franchise fee and a usage fee. When I go to the grocery store and buy a gallon of milk, I pay the marked price plus sales tax and that's it. I want my phone and water bill to be the same. - When I buy water from the city I pay for what I use then all the other fees.
