Companies just keep adding charges
I'm ashamed about this but the bank I work for has a cash withdrawal fee for cash withdrawals and now in addition charge a cash handling fee. When we queried they very nicely told us this was the charge for counting out the money to the client. (Which, according to bank rules, it is compulsory to do) Talk about a cheek.
