SWEET SPOT?
I was just about to get up from my chair to go into the kitchen and get some hot coffee. The cup I had sitting by me was cold. It's too bad too because I had gotten just the right amount of sugar in it. You know, not too sweet, not too bitter, but just right. You might say that the cup of coffee was in a sweet spot or at at least the coffee was. Of course the fact that it was stone cold ruined everything. Cold coffee is NEVER good. That is unless it is iced coffee, which is something completely...

FOOD IN TIN CANS?
I was just thinking...OW! that hurts!...Um thinking that they have been canning vegetables, meat and even fish for a long time now. Then I have to wonder if any of the first batch of can goods is still around. Then if it is would it be good to eat? Or would it have gone bad. I guess I'll never know...Unless someone who really knows tells me. But then that's not very likely. Is it? I wonder what the first cans were made of? I guess it could have been tin or maybe steel. Whatever it is it keeps...

HALF? WOW!
I opened my dictionary the other day. I don't remember what word I was looking up, but I do remember some of the other words on the same page as the word I was looking for. I am half sure it started with an H. Now just before or maybe a little after was the word or combo word half-dime. That is a coin that was minted for a half a second, well maybe a little longer-- that was worth five cents. I don't know why they didn't just call it a nickel and get it over with. THREE LADIES IN A SAUNA!
This is from an e-mail I got today. Too good not to share! THREE WOMEN, TWO YOUNGER, AND ONE SENIOR CITIZEN, WERE SITTING NAKED IN A SAUNA. SUDDENLY THERE WAS A BEEPING SOUND. THE YOUNG WOMAN PRESSED HER FOREARM AND THE BEEP STOPPED. THE OTHERS LOOKED AT HER QUESTIONINGLY. 'THAT WAS MY PAGER,' SHE SAID. I HAVE A MICROCHIP UNDER THE SKIN OF MY ARM. GRANDPA'S CAR!
Well sort of. Here it is the car that could turn on a dime and give ten cents change. Well, that is actually just the picture of the owners guide. I kept it when we sold the car. TURNS ON A DIME?
My grandpa used to say his car could turn on a dime and give you ten cents change. So for quite a while I would go out into the street where he had turned the car from the street into our driveway and look for change. You know what? A lot of times I found some! I don't think I ever found ten pennies, but I often found at least one nickel and a few pennies. Neat huh? THE WHITE GLOVE TEST?
I've never done a white glove test around the house to see if it is so dust free that you cant find any dust even when checking while wearing white gloves--One reason is because I don't have any white gloves! I did at one time, but I really don't know what I did with them. They, (the gloves that is) are probably around somewhere. But by now they wouldn't be very white. They'd be yellow. CRAZY LADY HAS ORANGE HAND TOWEL IN WINDOW!
I have to go somewhere and get a decal to put on my sunroom window. You know like you put on a sliding glass doors and such to keep people from walking into them. RICE KRISPY TREATS!
