PERMED TO DEATH?
Well, it looks like that might have happened here: OK I bet you can guess that this is a dummy. It's not me! That is a display my hairdresser has in her shop of one of the first "perm" machines. It reminds me of when my mom and grandma used to pin me down and give me a perm. Ugh! Anyone besides me remember "LILT" home perms? Thanks for stopping in!
