Looking toward Spring
It is March....the weather shrieks mid January. I walked out of the house this morning into a swirling windstorm of snow flurries, and frankly, it was quite depressing. Interesting how my mood changes over the Winter. When we first close the yard up in late Fall, I am excited. Excited about the upcoming coziness of long dark days, the silence of snow blanketed yards, the warmth of flickering candles, roasting fireplaces and heated blankets.
